Grand Canyon, Arizona
This past Thanksgiving we traveled to Flagstaff, AZ to spend the holiday with my father, stepmother, sister and her family. One of the reasons we chose this location was its proximity to the Grand Canyon. I had never seen it and I wanted to set my little eyes on this natural wonder. And that we did. On one beautiful but cold and windy day we drove the 1.5 hours from our rental. Oh boy, it was just amazing. It felt special to take Hayden there, even though she won’t remember, I can tell her how she practiced her walking on the trails above the canyon. How cool is that?
